Link Booking Cleaning LLC
By booking or using the services of Link Booking Cleaning LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are intended to ensure transparency, fairness, and a professional experience for both our clients and our team.
1. Services
Link Booking Cleaning LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning, and related services. All services are performed based on the information provided by the Client at the time of booking or estimate.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on details provided by the Client, including property size, number of rooms, level of cleanliness, occupancy, pets, and requested add-ons.
If the actual condition of the property differs significantly from what was disclosed, the Company reserves the right to adjust pricing, modify the scope of work, or reschedule the service.
3. Scheduling & Confirmation
Appointments are subject to availability and are considered confirmed once the Client receives confirmation via text, email, or our online booking system. A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments.
4. Payments
Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are those listed on our website or communicated directly to the Client. Failure to submit payment may result in additional charges and/or refusal of future services.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must notify the Company as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to additional fees, as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. No Access to Property
If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property for any reason (including but not limited to: door not opened, Client not present, incorrect entry instructions, missing keys or access codes), an $80 fee will be charged to cover travel and staff wages. This fee is non-refundable.
7. Undisclosed or Unsafe Conditions
The Client is responsible for providing a safe and accessible working environment.
If our team encounters extreme clutter, blocked walkways, unsafe conditions, or lack of access not disclosed in advance, and the service cannot be completed or must be stopped, an $80 fee will be charged for travel and staff wages. The service may be rescheduled once conditions are corrected or requoted if a different level of cleaning is required.
8. Scope of Work
Services are limited to the tasks and areas agreed upon at booking. We do not perform hazardous work, handle biohazard materials, or complete tasks outside the agreed scope without prior approval.
9. Results Disclaimer
Professional cleaning improves the overall appearance and sanitation of a space; however, we do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, damage, wear, or heavy buildup caused by long-term neglect. By booking our services, the Client acknowledges these limitations.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
If the Client is not satisfied with any portion of the service, they must contact the Company within 24 hours of the appointment. We may offer a touch-up or correction at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
11. Liability
Link Booking Cleaning LLC is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Fragile or unsecured items

Items not disclosed prior to service
Clients are encouraged to secure or remove valuables before the cleaning appointment.
12. Pets
Clients are responsible for ensuring pets are secured during the service to avoid accidents, injuries, or interruptions.
13. Modifications to Terms
Link Booking Cleaning LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our website.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with Link Booking Cleaning LLC, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
