Refund & Cancellation Policy (Link Booking Cleaning )
At Link Booking Cleaning LLC, we operate by scheduled appointments and assign staff specifically for each service. Once your appointment is confirmed, we reserve your time slot, coordinate routes, prepare supplies, and schedule our team to ensure we arrive on time and deliver quality results.
Deposits & payments. If a deposit is required to secure your booking, it is used to reserve your spot on our calendar and cover service preparation. In general, deposits are non-refundable, unless Link Booking Cleaning LLC cancels the service for internal reasons. In that case, the client may choose a deposit refund or a free reschedule.
Cancellations & rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time may result in a fee, since the team has already been assigned and travel time and payroll costs have been committed.
No access / door not opened. If our team arrives at the property at the scheduled time and cannot access the home for any reason (for example: the door is not opened, entry instructions were not provided, incorrect key/code, security access not authorized, or the client is unavailable), an $80 fee will be charged to cover travel and staff pay. This fee is non-refundable.
Unable to clean due to undisclosed conditions (extreme clutter / no walkway space). Our service requires safe access and enough space to move and work. If we arrive and find extreme clutter or conditions that make it unsafe or impossible to perform the service (for example: blocked hallways, areas inaccessible due to heavy clutter, or no space to walk), and this was not disclosed in advance, we may be unable to complete the service or may only be able to complete it partially. In these cases, an $80 fee will be charged to cover travel and staff pay. Depending on the situation, the service may be rescheduled once the area is cleared, or a new quote may be required if a different level of cleaning is needed.
Partially completed services. If the service begins and must be stopped due to issues outside of Link Booking Cleaning LLC’s control (limited access to areas, interruptions, unsafe conditions, undisclosed extreme clutter, or requests outside the agreed scope), refunds are not guaranteed for time already worked and/or staff already assigned. When possible, we may offer a reschedule to complete the remaining areas, based on availability.
Quality concerns. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment, ideally with photos and details. We aim to resolve concerns professionally. Depending on the situation, we may offer a touch-up / re-clean of specific areas. Cash refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated case-by-case, especially if a correction visit is offered.
Agreement to terms. By booking with Link Booking Cleaning LLC, the client agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Our goal is to be transparent and fair while protecting both our clients’ time and our team’s committed labor and travel costs.
